Summer 2026 — A Seasonal Series

Tuesdays at 6pm Paris (12pm Eastern)
July 21 - Aug 11, 2026

In seasonal theory, summer corresponds to the element of Fire: visible, available and expressive. Summer asks us to move out into the world, and it demands our generosity and boundaries in equal measure. It gives us contact with our desires, with what is working and what isn’t. Relationships, creativity, joy and exhaustion are revealed by summer’s fiery nature.

This four-week Summer Series focuses on how to connect with the season as it happens. We’ll explore summer through physical practice, breath work, and elemental theory, drawing on culture, literature, myth, and metaphor.

This series includes

  • Weekly summer practice and breath work (Tuesdays 6pm Paris)

  • Weekly “common room” conversations (following each practice)

  • Summer theory workshop (weekend date TBC)

  • One 60 min online private session

  • Reading and correspondence throughout the month

Common rooms are communal, to gather after class and ask questions, swap ideas and share observations. Come for a few minutes or the whole hour. Every week there will be a prompt or question that structures our conversation.

The summer workshop is our broader seasonal map: the myths and metaphors of summer, and how to tune yourself more imaginatively to the season.

One online private session is included and scheduled during the month. This is for personal practice, clarifying theory, or refining your teaching.

Each season stands alone and you don’t need previous seasons to join, but returning students will find threads that continue. This is for practitioners, teachers, and anyone interested in developing seasonal literacy.

Four weeks online · Jul 21 to Aug 11 · €400 · Limited space
