"For me, the most valuable part of the series was the depth with which we explored the spring season in the context of TCM. I had already studied this subject previously—yet Ty brought to light so many new aspects that I had never heard before. It was truly comprehensive and gave me a completely fresh perspective on the topic. Thanks to Ty's guidance and expertise, I gained a deep insight that goes far beyond the usual information one typically encounters on this subject."

"I have especially appreciated being able to explore and work with the seasons in the actual season we are in. It has really changed how I approach my work, life and practice."

"A seasons-oriented bookclub for yogis that blends a physical practice with philosophical teachings."
